These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AioMathis ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the AioMathis mobile application ("App") and related services.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary by region due to local taxes and currency exchange rates.
All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and payment processing policies. We do not store your payment information.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or annually) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you initially paid.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription plan, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance. The new price will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period, unless you cancel your subscription before the price increase takes effect.
Since all subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not have direct control over refund decisions.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by AioMathis or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
"AioMathis" and our logo are trademarks of AioMathis. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the App are the property of their respective owners.
You retain ownership of any quiz topics, questions, or other content you create or input into the App ("User Content"). However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App ("Feedback"), you grant us the right to use such Feedback without any obligation to compensate you. We may use Feedback for any purpose, including improving the App or developing new features.
AioMathis uses artificial intelligence technology to generate quiz questions and answers. The AI-generated content is created algorithmically based on your input topics.
AI-generated content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content is 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AioMathis regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
